Her responsibilities encompass a wide range of duties, including overseeing day-to-day operations, collecting rent, supervising inspections, maintaining the property, and filling vacant units.

Martha's background as a customer service specialist paved the way for her career as a leasing agent with major corporations in Charlotte, Raleigh, and Durham. Her commitment and competence have been consistently recognized by her previous employers, underscoring her professional excellence and dedication to the field.

Natashia Teague is a dedicated Property Manager and licensed Realtor with a strong background in real estate and program coordination. She currently serves as the Property Manager at Maple Creek, Twin Oaks and Delbert apartments where she oversees daily operations, tenant relations, and property maintenance with professionalism and care. With a keen eye for detail and a client-focused approach, Natashia brings integrity, organization, and a results-driven mindset to every aspect of her work. Her prior experience as a Program Coordinator has equipped her with strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills — all essential qualities that enhance her effectiveness in property management..
